Beryl loved her cats over the years and they gave her great happiness. So it is wonderful to have this opportunity to know that in her name, cats will benefit.

What you need from a funeral director is for them to deal with everything for you so as to take away any unnecessary additional stress. You want them to be proactive but also available when you need help & to respond to communication quickly. On the day, you want them to be quietly organised & take care of everything for you. We cannot thank Thornalley's enough for how they went about these things following the passing of our dear mum & for their thoughtful attention & impeccable service.
