From the moment we contacted them by phone, until Sam and the coffin bearers left us at the crematorium they were pitch perfect. The options were explained to us by Nicky who was professional, compassionate and warm. On the actual day at the Church and Crematorium the arrangements they had made worked faultlessly. "When you need a friend......." I can't thank them enough.

In the few years I have known Pauline, she has always been a special friend. My niece, Rachael introduced me to her and will always remember her smiling face and thoughts for others. of course her playing the organ at Marshland St James Methodist Church will be sadly missed. We all have fond memories of how much she contributed to services. With love and respect especially to Julian and Rachael. May Pauline rest in peace.xx
