From the moment we contacted them by phone, until Sam and the coffin bearers left us at the crematorium they were pitch perfect. The options were explained to us by Nicky who was professional, compassionate and warm. On the actual day at the Church and Crematorium the arrangements they had made worked faultlessly. "When you need a friend......." I can't thank them enough.

Upon behalf of us all at Ian H Bix Associates we offer our sincere condolences to David's family Caroline, Jade and Ellen. We often worked with David and we will miss his input and advice to those who have gained full membership from CIAT of which he was an important figure for the society. He was a good friend and colleague and will be sorely missed.

It was with much sadness Dave that we learnt last week that you had passed away. You have been a devoted husband to my sister Caroline, a loving father to Jade and Ellen, a supportive father in law to Shaun and Matt and a doting grandad/pops to Elizabeth, Audrey and Freya. You will leave a massive void in their lives and we have no doubt will be sadly missed by your friends and colleagues. Sleep tight now you are pain free til we meet again. Much love Val and Dave

David was a gentleman, a man of passion, who cared, a man of integrity for whom I held in high regard. He was an ally and we had one another's backs for our profession. He was also a friend and I always looked forward to meeting up during my presidential term at CIAT with coincided with his CABE Presidential terms. May he rest in peace. Good bye my dear friend and my love and prayers for those friends and family who are grieving.
