Mark was a lovely man I had the pleasure of knowing over many years. I have many great memories of Mark, he was funny, kind and in light of what he was going through very brave. He kept in touch after leaving Aviva and will be very much missed. Rest in peace Mr W x

In memory of dearest Mark, a man in a million. We both joined Aviva (then Norwich Union) in 1987 and we had many laughs in and out of work over the years that followed. I was lucky enough to find myself working in the same team as Mark in the years leading up to his early retirement, and I have some great memories from that time, especially the lunches we had at Middletons, Claire's charity balls and always lots of office banter! My most recent memory is the wonderful lunch we shared at Middleton's in Middleton, and the memory of that day will live on in my heart, it was so lovely to see Mark and even though it must have been such a struggle for him to get out that day, he laughed and smiled throughout. Thank you so much, Sara, for making that possible for us xxx Sending love to you all at this terribly sad time xxx Rest in peace Mr Watson xxx

From the moment we contacted them by phone, until Sam and the coffin bearers left us at the crematorium they were pitch perfect. The options were explained to us by Nicky who was professional, compassionate and warm. On the actual day at the Church and Crematorium the arrangements they had made worked faultlessly. "When you need a friend......." I can't thank them enough.
