Such a professional and compassionate experience. Everything taken care of, the day handled expertly, frequent calls to ensure we were in the loop and ok. It's rare to experience a service so comprehensively great. At a time when you simply need everything to be taken care of without fuss, every thing was. Outstanding.

To my lovely Godmother, I can see you now stuck half way up the stairs at Holkham Hall with the lovely smelling John. I remember us giggling like naughty school girls. I hope you and Mum are reunited, sitting at the kitchen table chat chat chatting. With love, Liz xx
