Peter, it has been a huge privilege to have known you and have you as a dear friend for past 30 years.We have enjoyed many happy times with you and Doreen, especially dancing the night away. Your speciality being the Jive. I can still visualise you and Doreen burning up the floor in Snettisham Memorial hall. Happy and memorial times. Your passing has left a huge void in not only our hearts, but of those who were privileged to have known you. You have left a legacy that is second to none. You were a true and honourable gentlemen. Simply the Best!

Peter will never know how much of a positive impact he had on me growing up. I worked for him for many years as a schoolboy, and I don't think I remember a time he wasn't smiling, pulling a prank or telling a dad joke. I really looked forward to going to PDH rain or shine before and after school. He was kind to me, and I only wish we had managed a more recent chat as I don't live in the UK

Peter was a lovely man, a very kind and genuine man. Although I hadn’t seen him for many years I will always remember him and the good times had with him and Doreen ballroom dancing, laughing and enjoying ourselves. I’m so sad at his passing.
