What you need from a funeral director is for them to deal with everything for you so as to take away any unnecessary additional stress. You want them to be proactive but also available when you need help & to respond to communication quickly. On the day, you want them to be quietly organised & take care of everything for you. We cannot thank Thornalley's enough for how they went about these things following the passing of our dear mum & for their thoughtful attention & impeccable service.

In loving memory of Ros. I always loved chatting to her if I saw her when I was visiting my mum, Dee, who lives across the road. Years ago Ros asked me to have her juvenile cockerel who was being too noisy. He came to live with our flock and we still have his great-grandchildren. So memories of Ros will always live on.
