Both Nichola and Peter at Thornalley have been fantastic from first enquiry to the day of the funeral itself. From the sensitive handling of my initial call, to making it easy for me to go through the list of decisions to make, to answering any questions however small and always being available on the phone, to the very professional and gentle handling of my mum on the day of the funeral with carrying her into the chapel and touching base with me re next steps. Don't know why you'd contact anyone else in the West Norfolk area, I didn't need to.

We love you Dad and Grandad. We will always carry a piece of you with us and that will be the best part of us. Sleep well. Love from us all.

Uncle Bob, it was clear today to see how along with Auntie Pam, your love, support and nurturing of Jeremy, Alison, Michael their partners and your grandchildren has created a legacy that survives you and one I am sure you were very proud of. The time has come for you to put your feet up and take a well earned rest and watch your legacy continue to blossom.

Dad, you were simply the best Dad a daughter could have and the most wonderful Grandad too. We thank you for your constant love, support, care and guidance. You were always there when we needed you with a calm presence, wise words and an abundance of love. We will always be your 'treasures'. Rest well now. We love you forever and ever. Dad - thank you for being you. We could not have wished for a more loving and caring Dad, Father-in-law and Grandad. We have so many happy memories and take comfort that you are no longer suffering. Rest in Peace now. All our love, Jeremy, Tracey, Josh & Reuben xxxx
