Heart in Diamond consultants will visit you in person, via Skype or FaceTime. Once you have chosen your preferred diamond, you then pick which colour diamond you would like, which carat diamond and the cut of the diamond. Next you have a choice of over 500 elegant styles of rings, earrings or pendants to choose from to set your diamond in which will cherish memories of your loved one. Alternatively, some people choose to order a special diamond without a setting.

Once you’ve placed your diamond order, you will receive a special identification number that tracks the status of your diamond throughout the creation process. Dependent on the colour diamond you choose, you should receive your unique diamond in 70-120 days.

Your diamond is created in a specialist production facility that mimics the process diamonds go through when they grow naturally in the Earth’s crust. Heart in Diamond specialists analyse your loved one’s hair or cremated remains and extract the carbon which is added to the diamond. After undergoing intense pressure and extreme temperatures, your diamond is left to finish growing. Once fully grown, the specialists polish and cut your diamond and, if ordered, set it in its lasting setting. Your diamond will be 100% real and will receive a grade according to it’s colour, clarity, cut and carat.
